My grandfather built homes in this county when Conway was the center of it and Myrtle Beach was a summer town. He worked with a small crew, framed square, and trimmed by hand, because that's what a house was supposed to be. My father learned from him, and I learned from both of them, on job sites, holding the other end of the tape before I was old enough to hold the saw.
In the years since, Horry County has become one of the fastest-growing places in the country. A lot of houses got built fast, by the hundreds, and quality took the hit. Cheapest trim package. Subs who never come back. A punch list that never gets finished. Plenty of good people around here have been told that's just how it is now.
Renew Renovations exists because it doesn't have to be. We take the houses this county built too fast and finish them properly. We take the businesses people have poured themselves into and give them a space that shows it. And we do it the way I was taught: one crew, the owner on the job, the work done right before it's called done.

Walk-through & warranty
We punch-list it with you, fix what's not right, then hand over a finished job we stand behind.
