Most kitchens run four to eight weeks depending on scope and material lead times. We order long-lead items before demo so you're not living without a kitchen while cabinets ship. We set up a temporary kitchen station where we can, seal the work zone with zip walls and negative air, and clean up every day.

How do you price a kitchen remodel?
After the consultation we provide a written, fixed-scope proposal that lists exactly what's included and the selections it's based on. If you change selections mid-build, we price the change in writing before doing it.
Do you handle the design?
Yes. We'll lay out the room, help you choose cabinetry, counters, tile, and fixtures, and show you how they'll work together before anything is ordered. If you already have a designer, we work from their drawings.
Do you pull permits?
Always, where the work requires it. Moving plumbing, gas, or electrical, or removing walls, gets permitted and inspected in Horry County.
How long will we be without a kitchen?
We schedule demo only once long-lead materials are on hand, which keeps the actual downtime as short as the work allows. We'll give you a realistic schedule in the proposal.
